Brooke Bergeron
Personal Trainer
Brooke has always had a deep passion for movement and fitness. While earning her athletic training degree in college, she could almost always be found running or taking fitness classes alongside friends. That love for movement—and curiosity about how the body performs and adapts—led her to continue her education and earn a master’s degree in kinesiology.
She loves the way fitness brings people together and builds confidence that extends far beyond the gym. With a background working with individuals recovering from
injury, Brooke is especially passionate about helping people overcome personal obstacles and rediscover what their bodies are capable of. Her training philosophy is rooted in the belief that movement should feel empowering, adaptable, and sustainable. Some days that means pushing your limits; other days it means meeting your body exactly where it is—and she believes both are worth celebrating.
Quote: "Movement is a Privilege, Not a Punishment."
