I’ve been a member of Coastal Fitness for 24 years, and they have consistently provided an exceptional experience. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the instructors are amazing, and the facility is kept clean and well-maintained.
There is such a great variety of classes to choose from, and plenty of equipment for those who prefer to work out on their own. After 24 years, I can honestly say Coastal Fitness is the best gym around! It’s a great place to stay active, meet wonderful people, and feel motivated to keep coming back. I highly recommend it!

When I 1st went into CFC I was immediately greeted by the staff as well as members. Im on my journey to become as fit as my body will allow. Keeping fitness fun in this gym, with all the group fitness classes, the group personal training classes and connections I've made with others has made me look forward to working out. Thank you for all those working here that have made the commitment to helping us become our best! 🥰

Great staff, great trainers and instructors. Exercise classes are varied and accessible to all levels. Definitely feels like a "no judgement" zone.
