Power yoga is a general term used to describe a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa style yoga. Power yoga including lots of vinyasas (series of poses done in sequence). Start your morning with a fast-paced flow that will guide you through a series of postures to build strength, increase flexibility and tone muscles. Alongside a killer playlist to assist with diving deeper into your practice, the creative sequencing will lead you through a journey of standing and seated postures, ending with a sweet and blissful relaxation.
