She is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor that specializes in strength training, sports performance, and overall fitness. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Kinesiology. Max has had a passion for fitness and health from a young age. She has worked closely with both Physical Therapists and Athletic Trainers and has experience with corrective exercises and injury prevention.
