Meet Logan
Her love for fitness began at an early age. She was a competitive dancer for 8 years and ran track throughout high school. During her college career, her passion held strong as she completed different active courses such as self defense and fitness classes. She developed a desire to understand the complexity of the human body leading her to take anatomy and physiology. Logan’s drive to be active and learn more about the human body intermixed with her love for helping others and becoming a Certified Trainer through NASM fell right into place. Logan’s method of training is to first understand a client’s goals. Then, she pushes clients every step of the way to make sure they reach their goals and learn the process of it all. Not letting a client give up on that last 30 seconds, holding a client accountable, and having a good laugh sums up a training session with Logan.
