Join us for a 10-week body transformation challenge and get a jump start on that summer body! Challenge will begin on January 11th and end on March 22nd.
There will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place individual winners, as well as a winning team. All winners will be announced on Friday April 2nd at the Prize Celebration. The party will be held at the Salty Turtle Beer Company.
Our transformation challenge isn’t just a quick weight-loss fix, but a lifestyle transformation designed to improve your health, vitality, energy, and fitness. We want to empower you with the tools to decrease your overall body fat and increase your lean muscle mass. Our expert trainers will guide you through the process with fun, challenging workouts, teach you how to eat the best foods for your individual body without restricting the things you love, and keep you accountable through the process. You will finish this 10-week challenge feeling stronger, leaner, and with so many new friends! Will you be team green or team blue?
