While she was in college, Logan took a “physical fitness” class. Learning her way around the gym, taking classes started a real interest for her. Education of classes did not stop there for Logan; she really wanted to help people one on one achieving their goals as well. Logan decided that she wanted to become a CPT-NASM. Logan’s method of training is to first understand a client’s goals. Secondly, she pushes clients every step of the way to make sure that they reach their goals and learn the process of it all. Not letting a client give up on that last 30 seconds, holding a client accountable, and having a good laugh sums up a training session with Logan.
