Destiny started in a C25k (couch to 5k) at 6 months pregnant with her second son. After graduating and running her first 5k, she went on to run several marathons and lead C25k herself. She found a passion for helping women who were previously sedentary become active. She has extensive knowledge in strength training for not only runners but those returning to training after pregnancy or starting an exercise regime for the very first time. Her training in yoga also serves her clients by providing excellent recovery tools and avoiding injury.
