
Dawn’s favorite class in school was physical education aka gym class. She loved sports growing up. During a pre-conditioning workout in the weight room her senior year, her coach commended her form and advised to do “this” in her future. As a young adult, the first thing that came to mind was a physical education teacher, but her guidance counselor convinced her they don’t make a lot of money and crushed that goal. That didn’t stop Dawn from helping others. For over 26 years, Dawn has taught group exercise classes and trained clients in small groups and one on one. Dawn has had her share of injuries and has many modifications to accommodate most injuries. She lives by these two quotes, a body in motion stays in motion and if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you. Most importantly, having fun while you workout makes it become a habit.
