I am a former Marine and currently a Firefighter with the City of Wilmington. I have been a personal trainer and Crossfit coach for over 3 years in the Wilmington area. I played rugby for over 13 years, including 3 years with the Camp Lejeune Rugby team and 2 years with the USA South All-Stars. I’ve competed in triathlons, half-marathons, and several mud runs. I love working with young athletes looking to increase their speed, agility, and explosiveness for their sport. As a trainer, I focus on building a solid structure with my clients while increasing strength, power, balance, and muscle tone so they can stay active for as long as possible through their life.
