Personal Trainer, Jerry Morgan gets his clients moving right away! His youthful energy spreads to his clients and helps get them motivated daily. Jerry says, “I have always been active and athletic growing up. In high school I played lacrosse, soccer, and competed in the 100m sprint, 200m relay, and the pole vault in track and field. But lacrosse is my favorite sport and the one that I have put the most time into”.
“After I graduated high school I started more serious weight training and have been doing that for about 3 years now. I also enjoy doing the obstacle races, rock climbing, surfing, snowboarding and this summer I’m going to try kitesurfing. I am currently in college pursuing a degree in Sports Medicine”, Jerry adds. “A passion for living an active and athletic lifestyle and working at Coastal Fitness is what pushed me towards getting my certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine to become a personal trainer.
