I am a Texas A&M graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Park and Tourism Sciences with an emphasis in Youth Development.
Since I was young I played softball and Volleyball, both of which I competed at the varsity level for four years. Along with high school sports I competed at the club level with Austin Juniors Volleyball, a nationally ranked club based out of Austin, Texas. Along with being a participant of the sport I was also a coach at the reactional and club level.
In college I experimented with several types of physical activities, some of my favorites included sprint triathlons, recreational sports and circuit training. Since my fitness journey began my greatest accomplishment has been completing my first half marathon in Wrightsville Beach, NC.
With my love for physical activity and healthy living I decide to become a personal trainer completing my National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certification during my last semester of school.
My workout styles consist of circuit and high intensity interval training. Both of which can be modified for any age or fitness level. In the past I have trained youth and adults.
