WEIGHT

I specialize in some intense workouts including bodybuilding and lifting. We like to emphasize the benefits of weightlifting along with cardio. I’ll set goals with you and make sure we work hard to reach those goals.

Cardio fitness should tie in somewhere with your workout at least once a week. I specialize in circuit training, keeping the heart-rate up and using light wights to continue building muscle. Fitness is big with me as well.
