A combination of exercises inspired by ballet, Pilates, and yoga that focuses on isometric strength training. Barre is a fast-paced, yet low-impact total body workout that lifts your seat and tones your thighs, abs, and arms.
Join us and test your body’s endurance and strength. Every week will be different to keep our workouts mixed up and challenging. We will work all body parts in one workout, with weights to cardio. Formats each week will vary by incorporating circuits and group training. Also, every-other week we will have tabata workouts, too!

We have different yoga focuses in different classes, so try several and discover what fits you best. Our Monday and Thursday Morning Yoga is a mixed-flow class that incorporates breath work and asana (pose) practice with a focus on alignment and keeping the body safe. These classes are upbeat, playful, conversational, and supportive. All levels are welcome to attend. Our Tuesday Evening Yoga is also not to be missed. It is our Relax & Restore Yoga class, where we work on bringing breath work into the body as we stretch, relax, and unwind with this gentle, slow asana (pose) practice. This class is appropriate for all levels, as well as someone recovering from an injury.
Group Bootcamp is a combination of strength training as well as cardio interval training. Both Trainers utilize different muscles by incorporating workouts that are totally different than your everyday workout. At Group Bootcamp you are guaranteed to torch calories while having fun and meeting other fitness enthusiasts.
