What is Buti Yoga?
Buti Yoga is a powerful blend of tribal dance and primal movements, plyometrics, and vinyasa-style yoga. Buti is all about moving to the beat, so the songs are all about the beat, too.You will find a nice mix of tribal dance with hip-hop flair, woven throughout upbeat songs that keep the practice going strong from start to finish. All levels are welcome and it is open to both men and women!
The Kick Box Exercise is an interval training program incorporating the sport-specific techniques of kickboxing to provide a high level of both aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. This high-energy workout incorporates punching, kicking, footwork, rope jumping, muscle development exercises and the use of equipment such as hand wraps, boxing gloves, punch mitts, kick shields in a scientifically designed system to optimize physical conditioning. The Kick Box Exercise is a non-contact workout that captures the excitement of the sport of kickboxing through floor movement, training, and coordination drills, technique work and upbeat music that together provide a “ring ambiance” to motivate and stimulate class participants.
